You are asked to read the following charter before participating.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF USE
This site is a site of information and services in French.
Access to the site for the simple consultation is free and anonymous.
Anonymous visitors can access all forums "public."
Registration is done by simply creating a free membership, then you accept the terms of use governed by this document.
This site is subject to the law of Qébec.
PUBLICATION OF MESSAGES
We ask that you:
- Adhering to the subject matter in each forum.
- Do a search prior to posting a subject already addressed many times.
- Choose a title accurately summarizing the theme of the body of your message.
- Respect the rules of courtesy and good conduct.
- Do not engage in any act which may be punished:
. Are pornographic, pedophile or bestiality;
. Threaten one or more persons;
. Or offering incentives to computer hacking;
. Found to be libelous, defamatory, abusive, racist or insisting to be;
. Containing propaganda unconstitutional.
- Comply with the laws, particularly with regard to counterfeiting.
- You speak French.
- Make an effort on the spelling so as to facilitate reading to other members.
MODERATION
The moderators of this site have chosen to trust the members, moderation is a posteriori. Messages are posted directly, without the prior moderators or administrators. This helps to shorten response time to a problem and fluid activity.
The moderators are diligent and conscientious members, chosen for their seriously by site administrators.
Is likely to be moved:
- All messages are not in line with the topic of the site.
May be deleted without notice:
- All messages are not in line with the topic of the site.
- All messages that do not respect the terms set out above.
It is possible for users to seek moderation of a subject or message by sending a private message containing the URL of the message in question to the moderators or administrators.
After disclosure of abuse, moderators and administrators will try, as long as possible, to respond in the shortest possible in order to put an end to it.
In case of serious abuse and violating the site (intensive publication, spam made against the law), authors may be, without notice, banned from the site until it has given a credible explanation for his actions.
AMENDMENT AND REMOVAL OF A MESSAGE
A message posted in the forums can be removed at any time by its author.
At the bottom of each message is an icon to that effect (Edit / Delete posts).
The moderators also have the opportunity to do so if they think the message that violates the rules set out above.
RESPONSIBILITY OF AUTHORS OF MESSAGES
The posts are under the responsibility of their authors, who retain ownership of their publications and representatives of the site disclaim any responsibility for the content of these messages.
The authors agree to assume their full responsibility and consequences relating thereto.
IDENTIFICATION OF THE AUTHORS OF MESSAGES
Site managers are required by law to keep the data for identifying the author of a message, this information will be kept by the server. The data include the date and time of the publication of the message and the IP address and the name of the author (if member) of the message.
If clear breach committed by a message not censored by the moderators, webmaster of the site will be required to deliver this information to judicial or administrative authorities that request.
REFERENCING
Messages posted in the website may be referenced and indexed by some search engines.
It therefore possible that the engines make an archiving them in order to facilitate research in their respective databases.
When a message is deleted from the moderate site, there may be some time yet in the cache of a search engine without the administrators or moderators of the site can not be served.
The decline of the site is also not responsible because they have taken action at their level to eradicate this message from the Internet.

In accordance with Chapter V of the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access your personal information, you can change through the "Your details" on the part left of each page.
